Is your Eugene device displaying the screen below?
Please make sure that you have entered the right WiFi password on your phone. Your WiFi password is usually written on your internet router.
If the password has been inputted correctly, but the Eugene device still isn’t connected to your WiFi, then it’s likely that there’s a problem with your internet router’s settings.
Internet routers generally offer two WiFi network frequencies: 2.4 GHz (high frequency) et 5 GHz (very high frequency). Eugene devices can only be connected on a 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
Most of the time, both WiFi networks have the same name. If they have a different name (as in the example below), make sure to connect your smartphone to the 2.4GHz WiFi network.
Example :
- 2.4 GHz WiFi network is called "Bbox-81176842"
- 5 GHz WiFi network is called "Bbox-81176842-5gz"

To check if your internet router has been set up correctly, please read our article : "How do I configure my internet router to connect Eugene to wifi?".
Sometimes, a simple reboot of your internet router can solve the problem.
