Is your Eugene device displaying one of the screens below? This means that the device can't find your wifi network.
It may be a short-term problem, so in the first instance please just try to connect again. If the problem persists, please make sure that:
- Your router is up and running. Try turning it on and off, and checking the strength of the wifi connection to another device, such as your phone or laptop
- The device isn’t too far away from your internet router. To check this, place your device next to your internet router and try to connect again.
